CROSTINI DE CAVOLO NERO
freshly-baked & toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic
piled with sautéed lacinato kale
& topped with lemon-infused olive oil

RIGGIDANELLA
dome of eggplant strips salted & weighted to remove bitterness,
then fried in olive oil. stuffed with alternating layers
of short pasta tossed in a homemade sweet & spicy tomato sauce,
more fried eggplant & a bechamel sauce.
SERVED WITH a simple salad with french red wine vinaigrette.

CHOCOLATE CAKE & ICECREAM
warm dark chocolate pudding cakes with sea salt,
served with hand-churned candy cane icecream
& topped with peppermint hershey’s kisses.
