with cayenne pepper & garlic muddled in lemon juice.

with baby kale, red onion, mango, housemate ricotta & cherry tomatoes.
dressed in sea salt, freshly-ground pepper,
olive oil & syrupy balsamic vinegar.

MARINATED ZUCCHINI
seared & marinated in an olive oil, slivered garlic, grated shallot
& red wine vinaigrette.
with fresh basil.

EGGPLANT PARMESAN NAPOLEON
roasted eggplant & tomatoes with two cheeses.

SLOW-ROASTED SALMON
with lemon pepper and red quinoa cooked in ricotta whey,
with lemon-basil pesto.

IRISH PAVLOVA
fresh meringue with rosewater-whipped cream, summer berries,
parisian candied flowers & edible rose petals.
